from 28/04/2012 to 02/06/2012: € 370,00
from 02/06/2012 to 30/06/2012: € 390,00
from 30/06/2012 to 01/09/2012: € 470,00
from 01/09/2012 to 15/09/2012: € 390,00

1. BOOKING
   To book send availability request by email to info@holidaymoltreto.com or use the form in Contact us
   To confirm your reservation, you must send a deposit of 25% within 24 hours from the acceptance. Payment must be made by Bank Transfer.


2. PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
   The rest of the money will be paid at the moment of your arrival directly to the owner. At your arrival you will also have to pay a security deposit of € 200 that will be completely returned at the end of your holiday (except for additional charges)


3. CANCELLATION
   If you cancel the booking, notice of cancellation must be sent by email. We reserve the right to retain the 25% deposit previously paid.


4. MINIMUM RESERVATION PERIOD
   One week, from saturday to saturday


5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
   Arrival: between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - Departure before 10:00 a.m.


6. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
   The maximum permitted number of occupants is 4.


7. PETS
   Only small pets allowed.


8. CLEANING
   The final cleaning is included in the rental price. Guests will nevertheless leave the house in good condition and neat.
